Returns and Exchanges

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY IN STORE TRANSACTIONS.

All sales are final on all launch products (not limited to Retro Jordans, Quickstrikes, Yeezys, etc.), swimwear/underwear products, discount, promotion, and sale items.

Items that are eligible for returns may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for store credit, and within 15 days for exchange ONLY.

Items must be returned with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for returns.

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, RETURNS, OR STORE CREDIT.

 

Limited Edition Products

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY IN STORE TRANSACTIONS.

All Retro Jordan's, Quick Strikes, Yeezy's, Limited Editions, etc. are FINAL SALES BY CASH OR DEBIT ONLY(ID must be present with cardholders name matching).

 

Sale Items

Discount, promotion, and sale items are final sale. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

 

Gift Cards

GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

Gift cards must be purchased by CASH only available in amounts of $25, $50, $100 only.

 

Payment

We accept payments via Cash, Debit Card, PRIVATE INC. Gift Card, and Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

Cancellations

In the event a cancellation request is received, we will try our best to accommodate, however in some instances cancellation is not possible. Please contact customer service immediately with your request.

 

Returns/ Exchanges

We will gladly accept your return for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not offer exchanges at this time nor do we cover the cost of return shipping.

Returned items must be in new condition. We will not accept returns if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase. If an item includes a security tag, it must not be cut or tampered with in any way to be eligible for return.

Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside the original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

Limited Edition Items

We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders. Multiple orders placed for the same product on items limited to one (1) per customer will be cancelled entirely without question. 

 

Order Limits

The maximum amount of a SKU you can buy is 3. We are NOT a wholesaler, so this limit is set in place to avoid bulk buyers taking multiple pairs away from normal customers. We DO NOT support reselling or resellers so this limitation will NOT be modified for any reason.

 

Shipping

**WE NOW OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100**

We take pride in being one of the fastest shippers in the shoe industry. Most orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day or next day the latest. Packages are shipped using UPS Ground 4-5 day delivery with insurance.

PRIVATE SNEAKERS WILL NOT SHIP TO ANY FREIGHT FORWARDER ADDRESSES, ORDERS PLACED GOING TO A FREIGHT FORWARDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number and email when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

Due to COVID-19, you may experience a delay in an email response, shipping times, and return processing. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information is sent. 

WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES!

ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE / SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED ASAP!

Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent as well.
