Returns and Exchanges

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY IN STORE TRANSACTIONS.

All sales are final on all launch products (not limited to Retro Jordans, Quickstrikes, Yeezys, etc.), swimwear/underwear products, discounted, promotion, and sale items.

Items that are eligible for exchange may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for store credit, exchanges ONLY.

Items must be exchanged with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn are NOT eligible for exchange.

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, RETURNS, OR STORE CREDIT.

We do not offer exchanges at this time for online purchases, nor do we cover the cost of return shipping.

Items that are eligible for exchange (EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE) may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for store credit, exchanges ONLY.

Items must be exchanged with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT/INVOICE. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn are NOT eligible for exchange.

Exchanged items must be in new condition. We will not accept exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase. If an item includes a security tag, it must not be cut or tampered with in any way to be eligible for exchange.

Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside the original shipping box. Exchanges without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will NOT be accepted.

Discounted items may have discoloration, yellowing, age damage and/or defects. 

Our return address is 2250 Obispo Avenue, Suite 103, Signal Hill CA 90755, United StatesOnline purchases can not be returned in store. We highly recommend using FedEx, or UPS as your delivery courier choices.
